Angie & I took our first 'affection' trip to Dagenham Market today, and we're now more excited than ever about our first stall, opening on Sunday 10th October 2010.
The market is absolutely buzzing and we saw lots of lovely bargains... However, in the name business research we refrained from splurging, settling for a burger and a 2 new beds for our pooches instead (which have gone down a treat!!).
Came back very excited, our stall is set to be amazing and we've no doubt our stock will rock - Come and see for yourselves!!

Yellow Fish - Bubble
Orange - Gurgle
Red 1 - Purky
Red 2 - Lurky
Green - Nemo
Silver - Sparkle
A big thank you to Jessye, our 8 year old fish namer, who also wrote the following short story (with her lovely mummy) to mark the occasion... Enjoy!
The Fish That Got Away - By Jessye aged 8
One wet day Gurgle the fish was swimming slowly around his fish tank, looking rather glum. Bubbles swam up to him and said "What's wrong Gurgle me old mate?"
"I just feel trapped and want to see and explore the world, I want to live in the deep blue ocean." Replied Gurgle.
So Bubble called a meeting with the other fish in the old boot at the bottom of the tank.
They all attended, Gurgle, Bubbles, Purky, Lurky, Nemo and Sparkle. Bubble explained how Gurgle was feeling and that he wanted to live in the deep blue ocean.
All the fish agreed to help and they all actually felt the same way, so they all put their flippers together and mastered up a fishy plan.
They knew that their owner cleaned out the tank once a week, so they made it as dirty as possible.
The day finally came for the tank to be cleaned and the owner transferred the fish into a jug of water.
Bubble shouted "SWIM!!" and they all swan pushing the jug towards the window.
Luckily the owner lived by the sea so, once the jug toppled off the window ledge, the fish landed on the shore.
Sparkle shouted with her last breath "this is it guys, waddle with all your might!"
It was hard, tiring and dangerous but they made it to the sea.
They swam about so fast with excitement. "We did it guys, we did it, we made it to the deep blue!" Shouted Lurky.
Once they settled in they decided to find some beds for the night. They found an old shipwreck whilst looking for new beds.
They bumped into a lot of little fishes and they made friends with them and played fishy tag.
Gurgle was so happy and said "this has been the best day of my fishy life and I can't wait to spend the rest of it here with you guys."
